After-sales service – Follow-up

For your After-Sales Service enquiries, make your reports online using the "request an After-Sales Service" item in the customer area or dial +33 (0) 2 31 69 36 36.

  1. You wish for the list of the equipped individuals in your institution.
  2. The user has changed his/her job and is therefore subject to new constraints.
  3. In a few very rare cases, the filter may come out of the protection and be lost.
  4. A user has lost an hearing protection.
  5. You do not have any CLEANIL cleaning tablets left for maintenance of the protections.
  6. Who manages renewal of the custom hearing protections* after the 5-year service life?
