Within 4 weeks you will receive:

1. A heat-formed "coordinator" box comprising:
   
   
   • the impressions.
     They are treated to prevent any loss of shape over time, retain their volume and may be reused.
     
     
   • the personalised guarantee card.
   
   
   
   
2. One pouch per user containing:
   
   
   • two storage cases each containing a COTRAL Premium hearing protection
     
     
   • hygiene
     A CLEANIL PRO kit, a box of 2 tubes of CLEANIL 24, CLEANIL wipes...
     
     
   • a guide to use and maintenance (PDF document - 2.5 Mb)
   
   
   
   

The detailed list of the equipped individuals appears on the delivery voucher.

A follow-up questionnaire (PDF document - 70 Ko) is systematically issued to users on initial equipment in a company. It allows us to assess wearing of the protections after 3 weeks of use and validate the product before extending its use to all the employees exposed to noise.
