1. A heat-formed "coordinator" box comprising:

     They are treated to prevent any loss of shape over time, retain their volume and may be reused.

2. One pouch per user containing
   
   
   • the COTRAL custom hearing protections*
     
     
   • the COTRAL Music kit
     The kit is supplied directly installed on the hearing protections.
     
     
   • a storage case
     Washable and made of airtight, resistant polypropylene, it may be clipped to a belt or a pocket.
     
     
   • hygiene
     A CLEANIL PRO kit, a box of 2 tubes of CLEANIL 24, CLEANIL wipes...

A follow-up questionnaire (PDF document - 67 Ko) is systematically issued to users on initial equipment in a company. It allows us to assess wearing of the protections after 3 weeks of use and validate the product before extending its use to all the employees exposed to noise.
