Regardless of the advantages in terms of comfort and communication of the chosen protections, whether they are worn depends primarily on the user’s motivation.

The aims of the training programmes:

• inform individuals about the consequences of noise for the body,
• develop awareness of the significance of the hearing losses already observed: they are irreversible,
• encourage and foster new behaviour in dealing with noise: protecting oneself 100 % of the time spent exposed to noise.

Implementation of the training programmes:

• The COTRAL International training programmes are based on 10 years of experience.
• Conducted by the Prevention Technicians, they are tailored to your needs and adapted to your schedule of conditions. You can choose, depending on your time constraints, between a 1 hour or 2 hour module.
• Recreational and educational media are used to back the case studies and supplement the exchanges between the participants: posters and awareness booklets and comic strips "Noise makes you deaf" are distributed to each participant.
