The duties of the prevention technician

A COTRAL prevention technician supports each company, ranging from the safety coordinator to the employees exposed to noise, for the 5 years of service life of the hearing protections.

He/she is the sole contact who coordinates impression taking at your site, explains the functioning and insertion of the protections to the employees and who can also provide your training sessions in the risk of noise. Throughout the entire service life of the COTRAL protections, he/she monitors your satisfaction and intervenes on site at the slightest need.

Regardless of the number of items of equipment, the impressions are taken directly at your site at your own pace according to your timetable constraints and availability. Your satisfaction is complete, even for a single item of equipment!

Since 5 years is a long time, you will receive regular follow-up (3 times a year).
Our aim is to check that the COTRAL protections are correctly positioned and worn 100% of the time spent exposed to noise, a guarantee of your satisfaction and that of the users.
