Export Area Manager

Location: Normandy (14), France - Permanent position

Your mission

Reporting to the Head of International Markets, in collaboration with other departments at our global headquarters, you will be a strong player in Cotral Lab’s international business development. Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

  • Identify new business opportunities in coordination with the group strategy
  • Realize market surveys and validate target markets attractiveness in Europe, Asia and/or Americas
  • Setup and manage a distribution network after testing and validation of the Route to Market
  • Assist upper management in the definition and execution of the Export strategy
  • Manage international key accounts and be responsible for utmost service delivery in order to increase market share
  • Organize and be active in international safety trade shows in collaboration with the marketing department

Your profile

  • You hold a master in business with at least 10 years of international business development experience. Ideally, you are (or were) an Area Export Manager. You are perfectly fluent in English (a second d language is a plus: French, Spanish, and Italian).
  • You have setup and manage a distribution network and you master the B2B sales approach. You are a hunter.
  • You are a team player, autonomous, resilient. Agile, you are flexible and accept confrontation in order to be constructive. You are available for travel up to 50% of the time.
